Children must ensure that Whitmore school property, equipment or white boards are not tampered with in any way.
Fine arts students are expected to pre-charge their musical instruments before arrival or use batteries in the class rooms. School mains are not permitted for usage under any circumstances.
No food or drinks are to be allowed or consumed in class rooms or corridors. Eating or drinking is only permitted in the dininghall.
All litter is to be placed in the appropriate bins.
When children are not in the classrooms, they must be supervised at all times by their parents, guardians or someone on their behalf and they will also be responsiblefor their safety and welfare.
Children are not allowed to play in the classrooms or corridors. Parents and children should only confine themselves in the area designated for the use of Harrow Tamil School.
For safety reasons parents must collect their children promptly at the end of their lessons.
Children should be kind and courteous to each other and if any children are found to be bullying other children during school time, they may be excluded from school.
For healthy and safety reasons, it is essential for all parents to use the log book to sign in and out regardless of their duration of stay within the School premises.
Any comments or complaints should be made in writing in comments/complaints book. The Committee will investigate the claim and take appropriate action.
School fees must be paid within three weeks of the beginning of each term.
Your cars should be parked considerately and in the allocated bays only. Please do not move cones or block the entrance. Whitmore High School reserves the right to clamp or remove any vehicles which obstruct access for emergency vehicles or not parked in a marked space.
Harrow Tamil School stages variety of events every year and all parents are expected provide food items or make cash contributions towards the cost at least once a year.
When classes finish each Saturday, all the table and chairs should be rearranged back to their original position. All parents are encouraged to take turns to assist the Committee members.

பாடசாலையை விட்டு விலகும்போது தளபாடங்களை அதற்கு உரிய இடத்தில் வைக்கவும்.
மாணவர்கள் வகுப்பறையில் இல்லாத நேரங்களில் பெற்றோர் / பாதுகாவலர் பிள்ளைகளை கட்டுப்பாடாக வைத்திருக்கவேண்டும்.
பிள்ளைகளின் பாதுகாப்பிற்கு பெற்றோர் / பாதுகாவலரே முழுப்பொறுப்புடையவர்கள்.
தமிழ் பாடசாலைக்கு என்று ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட பகுதிகளைத்தவிர, ஏனைய பகுதிகளுக்கு பெற்றேர்களும், பிள்ளைகளும், செல்வதை தவிர்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
பாடம் முடியும்போது உரியநேரத்தில் பிள்ளைகளை பாடசாலையில் இருந்து அழைத்துச் செல்வது பெற்றோர் / பாதுகாவலரின் பொறுப்பு.
பிள்ளைகள் அன்புடனும், பண்புடனும் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் நடந்து கொள்தல் அவசியம். எந்தவொரு மாணவரும் பாடசாலை வேளையில், சகமாணவர்களுடன் பகிடிவதை போன்ற வன்செயல்களில் ஈடுபட்டால், அவர்கள் பாடசாலையிலிருந்து விலக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
