Following the success of several Tamil classes over the last three weekend, we are please to inform that the duration for each class has been increased to effectively teach the students.
Tamil classes will be held as per the following time table.
All grades will start at12:30 and will finish at 13:45
Exceptions:
Year 5 will start at 11:30 and will finish at 12:45
Year 2A and 3 will be held in two sessions.
First session will start at 11:30 and will finish at 12:30
Second session will start at 12:45 and will finish at 13:45
Fine Arts classes
Fine Arts classes will start from 14:00 for Miruthangam (Mr Arun Maheswaran) and Violin (Mrs Balarani Saravanapavan).
All other Fine Arts classes will start at 14:30.
Please refer to the relevant WhatsApp groups for timings for the grades.
The Classes:
1)Classes will be held via the “Zoom” app which is available on smart phones, tablets and PCs.
2)These classes will be conducted by our usual class teachers.
3)Each class will be facilitated by a committee member who has DBS clarence
4)Instructions for joining will be sent in your class WhatsApp group.
3)Ensure your technology works correctly and have the necessary text books, notebook, pencils and pen.
4)Wear appropriate clothing.
5)Frame the camera correctly and have the right lighting
6)Pay attention
7)Parents are not permitted to participate or help the studentchild
8)Sessions should not be recorded
9)If Two or more children attend the session from one household, please try and use one device per
student and in different rooms to avoid interference
By allowing your child to participate in these classes, you must be aware that multiple others will also be on the class including the teacher and other students and that as parentguardian you are giving explicit consent for your child to take part.
